Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cutler Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 23, 2026 Bids were rejected No definite date for rebid. The project involves providing services for the Lakes by the Bay Parking Lot and Walkway Retrofit Project. Qualified proposers are to submit bids to undertake the retrofit of the parking lot and walkway. Bids must either be submitted electronically through the specified portal or physically delivered with one original, three bound paper copies, and one USB flash drive duplicating the original proposal. Submittals must be sealed and clearly marked with the project name. There are restrictions on communication prior to the recommendation for award due to a "Cone of Silence" provision. Late or facsimile submissions will not be considered. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject proposals in part or whole, negotiate, waive irregularities, or seek new proposals as deemed in the best interest of the Town. Women/minority-owned and emerging small businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Vendors must disclose any campaign contributions prior to and as a condition of award. Deadline to Submit Questions January 7, 2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents and specificationsshall be directed in writing to the Town Clerks Office, Mauricio Melinu, CMC at 10720 Caribbean Blvd., Suite No. 105, Cutler Bay, Florida 33189 or e-mail: MMelinu@cutlerbay-fl.gov. The Town of Cutler Bay would like to replace all existing parking lot and walkways light fixtures at Lakes by the Bay Park located at 8551 SW 216th Street. The existing light fixtures mounted on poles will be replaced with LED fixtures on the same poles. The existing service points and meters will remain; existing conduits and wires will be utilized if possible; Lakes by the Bay has a total of nine (9) fixtures at the parking lot and forty one (41) fixtures at the walkways, all of them mounted on poles
