The City of Kingman Land Bank is accepting proposals for the redevelopment of a City-owned residential property located at 605 East B, Kingman, Kansas. The property consists of a vacant lot with an existing fire-damaged structure and is intended for uses that support neighborhood stabilization and long-term community goals. Proposals will be evaluated based on feasibility, community benefit, alignment with City objectives, and the applicant's capacity to complete the project, not solely on purchase price.
