Demolition and site work for a recreation facility in Davis, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the complete demolition and removal of Cabins 4 and 5, a duplex log cabin structure located at 5338 Cow Pen Loop, Turner Falls Park. The structure is approximately 52 feet by 36 feet, constructed on a raised concrete foundation, and situated between two occupied duplex cabins. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes. The project consists of the complete demolition and removal of Cabin 1, a pierand-beam structure with a crawl space, measuring approximately 45 feet by 30 feet. The cabin is located between two privately owned residential dwellings within Turner Falls Park. City of Davis is accepting sealed bids to demolish and clean up two cabin structures inside Turner Falls Park, Davis, OK. The bid must include all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the cleanup and removal of the structures, including foundations, grading, and leveling of the lots. Upon completion, the site will be inspected by the City with the contractor present to ensure compliance with the contract terms. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Davis City Clerk/Treasurer. All work must be completed within 45 days of the award date, with an allowance for weather days.
