Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work intended to be performed under this contract is as follows: Replacement and relocation of existing sewer in green belt behind 151st Ave SE and through the Replacement of Sewer along Lake Hills Blvd Relocation of waterline along Lake Hills Blvd Construct a new culvert under Lake Hills Blvd and relocate Kelsey Creek and the existing lake to lake trail. Raise Lake Hills Blvd to match new culvert elevation, and add settlement mitigation to reduce future roadway settlement. The Apprentice Utilization Requirement will be 15 percent. Since this site is not normally available for bidders to inspect, this will be the only opportunity to view the project area in order to comply with section 1-02.1 "Examination of the Work Site" of the General Conditions. City staff will be available to answer questions regarding the site-specific characteristics and/or limitations. The Engineer's Estimate Range is $12.5M to $13.5M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
