Shore or guy any utility poles as required by utility company. Replace any disturbed bounds utilizing the services of a registered land surveyor. 3.Remove and reset (or install new) granite curbing, concrete and bituminous sidewalks, ADA wheelchair ramps, and bituminous concrete pavement in various locations. 4.Dispose of excess material from road grinding and excavation not required for fill or backfill at the expense of the Contractor, and to the satisfaction of the Owner in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Owner reserves the right to keep grinding material for their own use, Contractor to haul material to the DPW yard at the Owners request. The work shall also conform to such additional drawings and addenda to these specifications may be published or exhibited prior to the opening of bids.
