A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Installation of a new replacement water line for a portion of an existing 10-inch cast iron water distribution main. The replacement line will be 12-inch and approximately 4,100 LF in length. Landscape areas, curb and gutter, asphalt, and other items to be restored to pre-construction conditions. The project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation within 300 days after the contract times commence to run as provided in the general conditions. The project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for substantial completion. Pre-qualification requirements: This notice is only for bidders that have already prequalified under the Annual Prequalification of Contractors for Pressurized Water Mains - Subsection 1 (small, 8" to less than 16") included in Section 00 21 14 "List of Pre-Qualified Bidders." For contractors interested in pre-qualification, the Annual Pre-Qualification Application must be completed and submitted.
