Site work for a water / sewer project in Boardman, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Port of Morrow is requesting bids for a contractor to perform complete dredging, removing all solids, and fully draining the wastewater pond to expose the bare liner. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279a.120. The bidder is subject to all requirements regarding the payment of prevailing wage rates per public works project ORS 279c.800 to 279c.850. Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for good cause, any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Work consists of: The inventory of accumulated sludge for Pond A is estimated to be approximately 23,100 dry tons. The Contractor shall perform complete dredging, removing all solids and fully draining the pond to expose the bare liner. The liner will subsequently be removed and demoed by the Owner. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be requested by email at bids@portofmorrow.com or in writing and addressed to Port of Morrow, P. O. Box 200, Boardman, OR 97818 and to be given consideration must be received at least 48 hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
