Renovation of a multi-residential development in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids will be accepted to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services and perform and complete all work required for the modernization of the existing elevators and the equipment at Hoy Towers, 301 Mohn St., Steelton, PA 17113, owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin. Bids will be received by the Housing Authority via PennBid. Bidding documents, including plans and technical specifications for this contract, may be obtained only through PennBid. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract must be paid on this project, and the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, handicap or national origin. HUDs Section 3 requirements apply to this contract. Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to bid. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
