To maintain approximately 295-315 city lots from April to November, annually. The contract requires sections of the city to be maintained in a consistent order: 17110 lots, 17102 lots, 17103 lots, and finally 17104 lots. Two zip codes must be completed within a two-week service period. The awarded contractor can bill on a bi-weekly basis. The bi-weekly fee must account for complete landscaping and maintenance services for all lots identified, including all expenses such as labor, equipment, equipment maintenance, travel and parking, and trash management. Bidders must calculate and submit their total bi-weekly fee for the service period.
