Site work for a civil project in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contract includes the rehabilitation of the primary clarifier concrete tanks, equipment replacement, and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. The work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary apparatuses, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents. Bids are requested for the Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation Project and shall be on a unit price basis. All Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. A Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated contract price, shall be required from the successful Bidder. A non-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid. Bidders may make comments to clarify their bid but cannot change, modify, delete, or make additions to the wording of any of the Bidding Documents. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a bid may be cause for rejection. Alterations by erasure or interlineation must be explained or noted in the bid over the signature of the Bidder. Capital Region Water reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in a Bid or the Bid procedure, and to accept any Bid which it may deem to be for or in the best interest of Capital Region Water. The Contract Documents specify Davis-Bacon Wage rate requirements for the Project. Capital Region Water has adopted the Minority Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Plan to ensure equal opportunity for minority, women, and other disadvantaged business enterprises. All questions and/or inquiries regarding the bidding documents shall be submitted via electronically. Questions Due Date: Question Deadline 03/25/2026 at 4:00 PM ET WBE, Veteran, Service-Disabled Veteran or LGBT Business Enterprise = five percent (5%) of the total dollar amount of the General Construction contract. It is expected that the cost will be 3.5M to 4M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
