Renovation of a municipal facility in Evans Mills, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work involves furnishing materials and labor to complete the Town of LeRay Exterior Door Replacement Project in accordance with the plans and specifications. This project is to be bid under a single prime contract system covering all trades under General Construction. Bids must be prepared as set forth in the Information to Bidders, submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name, address, phone number, and the project title. Each bidder must include bid security as specified. Out-of-state bidders are required to provide a certified copy of their Authority to do Business in New York State with the bid, or complete the appropriate statement if not required to have such authority. All bidders must comply with employment conditions and minimum wage rate requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in the bids. Bid date desp- The Bid Documents and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of BCA Architects & Engineers, 15 Public Square, Watertown, New York 13601. Printed copies of the documents for each prospective bidder may be obtained from the office of BCA Architects & Engineers upon payment of $100.00 for printed sets, PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF BCA Architects & Engineers AND PRINTED MUST BE RETURNED IN GOOD CONDITION WITHIN THIRTY (30) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER AWARD OF CONTRACT OR REJECTION OF BIDS
