Renovation of an educational facility in Vincennes, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of February 23, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Sealed bids in duplicate are requested for the Clark Residence Hall - Partial Renovations, Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana. Bids will be received for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the provided bid forms, Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 (revised 2013), and a completed AIA Form G705 listing sub-contractors or stating "none". Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to Vincennes University for at least 5% of the total bid price. Contractors must acknowledge all addenda. The successful contractor must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount at least equal to 110% of the contract price. Work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the specified locations. There are procedures for obtaining and returning bidding documents, including deposits for plan sets and shipping charges. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The removal & replacement of existing outdoor air-cooled chiller. 2. The removal & replacement of existing base-mount pumps & make-up air unit coils. 3. The removal & replacement of existing rooftop make-up air unit. 4. The removal & replacement of existing fan coil units. 5. The removal & replacement of carpet and base. 6. Paining of walls, ceilings and frames. 7. All other work as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications The project shall be performed under three (3) separate prime contracts: 1. Contract #1: General Construction. 2. Contract #2: Mechanical Construction. 3. Contract #3: Electrical Construction. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Project Architect and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
