Bids are requested for the 2026 Marks Road and Granger Road Resurfacing Project OPWC No. CI17AB and CI11AC, which includes the resurfacing of C.H. 22 Marks Road (1.04 miles) in Brunswick Hills and Liverpool Townships, and Granger Road C.H. 21 (2.58 miles) in Medina Township in Medina County, Ohio, as detailed in the bid documents. All bids must be submitted electronically through the designated web service. Each bidder must file a bid guaranty with the bid in the form of either a bid/performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent of the amount bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the amount bid. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible, and pre-qualification status must be maintained throughout the project. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rate requirements as detailed in the bid documents. Contractors are expected to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, and the commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
