Sealed bids will be received via the City's e-Procurement Portal for Bid #2026-20 Aquatics Chemicals. A pre-bid meeting/site visit will not be held for this solicitation. It is highly suggested that interested parties view the project site and/or understand the requirements of the solicitation before submitting a response. Bid documents are to be obtained from the City's e-Procurement Portal. Bidders/Consultants shall create a free account with OpenGov, register, and submit the electronic bid as instructed. Only Bidders/Consultants following the project with an active account are eligible for the contract award. Bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Bid guaranty may be a cashier's check, money order, certified bank check, or a surety bond. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited; reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price, within ten (10) business days after the bid award.
