The Iowa City VA Health Care System requires a 5-year Firm Fixed Price contract, consisting of one base year and four option years, for maintenance and repair of three chillers and all associated equipment as detailed in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall perform operating inspections, routine operating inspections, annual preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance, including necessary repairs and emergency service calls, to maintain the chillers in a fully serviceable condition. All questions must be in writing and emailed to Emanuel.nevarez@va.gov. All questions must be received no Later that 13:00 CST 05/16/2026. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Iowa City VA Health Care System 601 Hwy 6 West Iowa City, IA 52246 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: This will be a single award Firm Fixed Priced Contract. There will be one base year for this contract: Base Year: 05/27/2026 - 05/26/2027
