Site work and new construction of a military facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,000-square-foot military facility.
As of March 12, 2026, bid results have yet to be announced. PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project includes design and construction scope for the Materials Packaging and Surveillance Facility Building 23-474 in the New Mercury Industrial Campus. This building will provide an enduring office and Limited Area (LA) conference space, and High Bay training space supporting the NNSS Enterprise Pit Production program. This building is planned to be approximately 16,000 square feet with Safe Secure Transport (SST) trailer secured parking area. This project includes the following scope: Materials Packaging and Surveillance Facility site / lot civil work and egress related site improvements Materials Packaging and Surveillance Facility building SST trailer secured parking area and awning / shade structure This is Full Ground Up Construction. This project has a PLA "Project Labor Agreement". Questions are due by January 16, 2026, 4:00 PM PST This is a design/build project. The project is subject to prevailing wage and the Buy American Act. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
