Description

Site work for a civil project in Torrington, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The goal for this project is the replacement of the existing 200 mm VCT sanitary main on 1 Avenue between Highway 27 and Centre Street in Torrington. The sanitary main is to be replaced with a 200 mm PVC SDR35 pipe. The roadway structure is to be replaced for the entire width, including the curb and gutter on the west side of the roadway. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is underway. Construction is scheduled for 2026. Further update pending award of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
