Remodeling of a municipal facility in Herculaneum, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The City of Herculaneum, Missouri is accepting proposals from qualified construction firms to remodel the lower level of Herculaneum City Hall. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing flooring, installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, office renovations, kitchen improvements, utility area construction, stairwell upgrades, painting, trim, electrical, plumbing, and associated general construction work.
