Murray County Schools is requesting proposals for athletic field maintenance on ( 8 ) eight fields located at Murray County High School & North Murray High School . MCHS Track Practice Field MCHS Band Practice Field MCHS Football Field MCHS Baseball Field MCHS Softball Field NMHS Baseball Field NMHS Softball Field NMHS Band Practice Field Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Chris Crow , chris.crow@murray.k12.ga.us . The purpose and intent of this RFP is to obtain bid responses from qualified firms to provide athletic field maintenance on the identified fields at multiple locations . Murray County Schools reserves the right to amend this RFP prior to the due date . MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Evidence of a current Business License . Submit the completed Georgia Security & Immigration Compliance Act OCGA 13-10-90 document . The project awarded will be subject to the availability of funds. Murray County Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals , and will award the contract to the bidder that provides a bid within budget & requirements set forth in the RFP . Murray County Schools assumes no responsibility or obligation to the bidders and will make no payment for any costs associated with the preparation of the bid . Murray County Schools reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause and without penalty on 30 days written notice to the contractor . The initial term of this agreement shall be for a period of one ( 1) year .
