The County of Frontenac invites interested proponents to provide a quote for vacuum cleaning the HVAC systems including RTU-01, RTU-02, RTU-03, RTU-04, RTU-05, RTU-06, RTU-07, all ductwork connected to the above units serving all areas, including all grilles, registers and diffusers within its long-term care home, Fairmount Home for the Aged. The scope is to provide a quote for all material, labour, overhead, and all other expenses as necessary for the cleaning of the HVAC systems. Proposals will only be considered from proponents registered with the County’s electronic bidding system. All proposals must be submitted electronically and must not exceed ten pages (excluding appendices). Proponents must provide a Certificate of Clearance from the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board certifying good standing, and proof of liability insurance with a minimum limit of $5,000,000. Proposals must meet the evaluation criteria including applicable expertise, workplan, references, and budget. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal. Upon selection, the successful proponent must enter into a formal contract with the County, maintain required insurance and WSIB coverage, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. No oral explanations or interpretations will modify the documents.
