Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Hillsdale, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are sought for the Proposed RTU-2 Replacement at Pascack Valley High School. Bidders must use and complete all bid forms and comply with every requirement in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be marked appropriately and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000. All bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and must submit a Certificate of Registration and a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate for themselves and all subcontractors. Compliance with the Law Against Discrimination and Affirmative Action is required. No bidder on the State Treasurer's or Federal Government's List of Debarred, Suspended, or Disqualified Bidders may submit a bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities if it is in the best interest of the Board.
