**As of April 28, 2026, the project was awarded to Advanced Exercise, with an awarded amount of $696,049.90.** The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. The equipment types, quantities, and general layout have been previously selected by the City. The selected contractor will be responsible for procuring or leasing, delivering, assembling, placing, and installing the specified fitness equipment in strict accordance with the established equipment plan. The City's objective is to ensure timely, coordinated, and professional execution of the work that meets all applicable quality, safety, manufacturer, and operational standards, and supports the planned opening of the facility without delay.
