Site work for a water / sewer project in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to construct and replace approximately 24,000 linear feet of underground sanitary sewer piping ranging from 3 to 24 inches in diameter and approximately 44,000 linear feet of underground storm sewer piping ranging from 2 to 42 inches in diameter, including manholes, curb drains, area drains, and basins, in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings. Location: James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Corner of Lamont and Veterans Way, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Project Magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00. Questions received after 02/20/2026 at 1300CT will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the government as deemed by the CO. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Period of Performance -Contractor will have 730days after NTP to complete *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
