Tyrone Borough Council is seeking bids for two Parking Lot Improvements in Tyrone Borough, Blair County, Pennsylvania. The project involves removal of existing macadam/gravel, grading of the subgrade, installation of concrete curbing, and bituminous paving. Bids must be sealed and marked "Bid for Parking Lot Improvement Project" and received by the Administrative Assistant in the Tyrone Borough's Office. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided. Bidders must fulfill all requirements of bid documents as applicable for consideration as a complete bid. Each bid is to be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond from an approved Surety Company, in the amount of not less than ten percent of the proposal amount. The Borough reserves the rights to award in part, to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to reject technical defects, irregularities, or omissions if, in its judgment, such actions are in the best interest of the Borough.
