Site work for a water / sewer project in Niles, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to be performed consists of installation of 1750 LF of 6" waterline and appurtenances. Project is located on First Street (from Frances Street to S. Main Street) and Brown Street (Third Street to First Street). All work is to be completed by May 30, 2026 or sooner. Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the president and secretary. Each bidder shall be required to complete and file with their bid the enclosed Proposal Guaranty and Performance/Payment Bond Form with a Surety Company executing the Bond, which is listed on the Treasury Department's most current list and authorized to transact business in the State where the project is based. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Plans, specifications, and bidding forms can be obtained only from Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. for a non-refundable fee of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00), plus postage and handling if applicable, for each set of Contract Documents and Drawings. Checks are to be made payable to Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. Submittals shall be mailed in a sealed envelope and received no later than 10:00 a.m. on February 3, 2026.
