Johnson County, Indiana is receiving sealed bids for the Johnson County Park Dunn Arena Re-roof Project in Nineveh, Indiana. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Auditor in Johnson County Courthouse West Annex, 86 West Court Street, Franklin. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Specifications, instruction to bidders, and bid forms can be obtained by contacting the County Project Manager. Bid security in the amount of 2% of the bid amount, including alternates, must accompany each bid in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable to the Board of Commissioners of Johnson County, Indiana. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price prior to contract execution. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Johnson County Park Dunn Arena. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any bid, and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for up to ninety days before awarding contracts.
