Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form in the manner required by the specifications and enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder and the name of the proposed work. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified check for no less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, not exceeding $20,000.00 nor less than $500.00, and a Consent of Surety. The proposals must also include all forms provided in the Proposal Section of the Specifications or as listed in the Checklist. Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal, County, State, and Municipal laws, rules, and regulations.
