Reference Number 0000409716 Question Deadline 02/06/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes, Written Questions Shall Be Directed to: Ms. Bronti Cash, Watershed Protection Program Manager Bcash@oceansideca.org The City of Oceanside ("City" or "Agency") is soliciting proposal from qualified firms to provide construction management, inspection, and environmental management/monitoring services as required to oversee the construction of the Loma Alta Slough Wetlands Enhancement Project. The selected firm shall ensure that the project is constructed per the approved plans and specifications; provide management of the project schedule and budget; facilitate communication between the Contractor, the City, the Engineer of Record, and other project stakeholders; prepare and maintain project control documentation; ensure that the project is in compliance with all California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements. The Loma Alta Slough is a coastal estuarine wetland adjacent to the coast in the central area of the City of Oceanside, California. The slough is approximately 0.3 miles south of Oceanside Boulevard, at the terminus of the Loma Alta Creek, which drains into the Pacific Ocean. The overall objective of the project is to restore the functional value of the Loma Alta Slough; expand the slough's wetland area to support wildlife, improve water quality, buffer storm flows, and plan for sea level rise; and improve public use through the installation of a new trail and boardwalk.
