Sealed bids for E-Rate Projects 470#260008499 will be opened at the designated location. No bids will be accepted after the specified date and time. Electronic (e-mail) or faxed submission of proposals is not permitted. Specifications and general information can be obtained by request or via the USAC website. All responses must be sent through the US Postal Service or another recognized delivery service that provides certification of delivery. The Atlantic City Board of Education will not assume responsibility for proposals lost in transit. Bidders are advised to confirm receipt of mailed proposals before the bid opening. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. All business organizations doing business with a local contracting agency must be registered with the State and provide proof of registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue before entering into a contract. The Atlantic City Board of Education reserves the right to reject all proposals in accordance with relevant statutes. Contractors must comply with affirmative action and business registration requirements. Compliance with all sections of the Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements is required. Corporate respondents must submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock. A Non-Collusion Affidavit must be filed with the proposal. The RFP package will include other documents that must be completed and returned with the proposal; failure to do so may result in disqualification. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening date.
