Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Keeseville, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids will be received for the Town of Ausable Connell Road Culvert Replacement located at Connell Road, Keeseville, NY 12944. The work shall include only materials and labor for the culvert replacement as shown on the contract plans. The project consists of separate contracts for the culvert replacement. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis and must be sealed and labeled with the bidder's name, address, project name, and location. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory site meeting at the culvert site. There is no bid security for the project, and bids should not include sales and compensating use taxes on materials incorporated into the work. All bids received after the appointed time will be rejected. Bidding and contract documents may be examined at the Town Office, and one complete set may be obtained via email by contacting the Town Clerk. The Town of Ausable reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities or reject any or all bids without explanation.
