The Town of Strathmore is seeking to upgrade Township Road 244 from Highway 817/Wheatland Trail in the East to Range Road 253/Wildflower Road in the West. The plan involves updating the current rural paved cross section to an Arterial cross section (36m ROW), though an interim solution is likely to accommodate current traffic volumes and short to medium-term growth projections. The work includes a topographical survey of the current roadway condition and preliminary design of the TWP 244 roadway and adjacent intersections.
