The project consists of the removal of the existing culvert, installation of a new concrete arch culvert, concrete and asphalt surface restoration, trench restoration, and related appurtenant items. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "City of Billings, MT" in an amount not less than ten percent of the total amount of the bid. Successful bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids submitted via email shall have the bid bond scanned and included with the bid. Bids submitted via mail or hand delivered shall have any of the bid securities included. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents.
