Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The anticipated Contract Award will be the week of February 15th. The project consists of, Sporting Clays Trail Reconstruction Regrade, and surface approximately 1,300 LF of an existing trail, per plan and profile design drawings. Cut and realigning approximately 235 LF of new trail as part of the 1300 LF. Build shooting station pads with RR-Tie gravel filled boxes adjacent to and part of the trail. Remove, abandon and reclaim two sections of existing trail at approximately 300 LF. Install drainage culverts and install temporary and permanent erosion control measures. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to The Billings Rod and Gun Club, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Award of the project will be contingent upon concurrence from the funding entities listed above. Prevailing wages are required per MCA 18-2-403 The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid that is in the best interest of the Owner.
