Bid Items 1-3 - Replacing fluorescent tubes at Various Buildings Description: Contractor shall provide all accessory material and labor to install owner furnished Type B, linear bulb type: T8, Base type: G13 (medium bi-pin), Wattage; 9-12 watts, color temperature 4000, lumens: 1600-1800, voltage 120-277, 48" nominal length. The work will require removing and disposing of the existing tubes, ballast and changing wiring in existing fluorescent fixtures throughout the facility. In corridors all existing night lights shall be retrofitted and remain operational as night lights. Bids will be presented to the School Board at the next succeeding regular Board meeting, all in accordance with Board policy. All bids and contracts shall be made in accordance with and subject to SDCL 5-18A, 5-18B, 5-18C, 5-18D, 5-21, 5-22 and the provisions set forth in the specifications.
