Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Myrtle Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The work includes site preparation, concrete foundations, heavy timber erection, installation of steel connectors, tongue and groove roof decking, standing-seam metal roofing, gutters, downspouts, and all related components, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. and the engineering package provided by Timber Frame Headquarters (TFHQ). Bids are invited from qualified, licensed, and bonded contractors for the construction of a new timber-frame pavilion at the Coos County Fairgrounds. Sealed bids must be received by the County no later than the specified deadline at the Coos County Board of Commissioners Office. Bids must be sealed and clearly labeled with the project name on the outside of the package. Late, faxed, or electronic submissions will not be accepted. The County reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
