Renovation of an educational facility in River Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work involves the Summer 2026 Roosevelt Bathroom Renovation at Roosevelt Middle School. Drawings and specifications will be available at the pre-bid meeting. Proposals must be sent or delivered to the District 90 Office by the specified deadline and will be opened and read aloud at that time. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid inspection meeting. A $100 plan deposit is required at the walk-through, made payable to the school district, and is refundable with the submittal of a qualified bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
