Site work and new construction of a conference / convention center in Roanoke, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a conference / convention center.
The City of Roanoke, Texas is seeking a qualified design-build general contractor to join the design-build team, which will include the Architect and the Developer, for the design and construction of the Convention Center. This project is conducted pursuant to Chapter 2269, Subchapter G of the Texas Government Code. Proposals must be submitted by the specified due date and time. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in any solicitation or in the solicitation process.
