Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Keyser, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Mineral County Schools is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for Keyser High School Roof and Return Air Project, including design and construction phase administration for removal and installation of new roofing and HVAC installation. The qualifying firm should also be available for emergency projects due to water, fire, and weather for a specified period, and for architectural and engineering services for building and ground renovation, additions, and upgrades as funds become available. If future SBA funds supplement the Keyser High School Roof and HVAC project, the firm's services will be needed. The commitment may be renewed annually for up to three years upon mutual agreement. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
