Renovation of a laboratory facility in Keyser, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,810-square-foot, one-story above grade laboratory facility.
Mascaro Construction Company, LP is seeking qualified bidders to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the following bid packages for Science Hall Laboratory Renovations at the Potomac State Campus: Demolition & Abatement, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical & Low Voltage, and Lab Casework & Equipment. The project involves the renovation and reconfiguration of approximately 4,810 SF, including Chemistry Lab 308, Prep/Storage Room 309, Biology Lab 209, and Prep/Storage Room 210, as well as modifications to Offices 207 and 208. The scope includes selective interior demolition, floor demo and reinforcement for MEP systems, installation of new laboratory casework and equipment, electrical and gas service upgrades, installation of new rooftop unit and exhaust fans with associated piping and ductwork, new lighting and plumbing services, and abatement.
