Remodeling of an educational facility in Woodlawn Park, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 14,000-square-foot educational facility.

The project involves a remodel of approximately 14,000 square feet at Putnam City Overholser Elementary. The work includes new finishes in the corridors, media center, and selected offices. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition, HPL panels, acoustic grid ceilings, carpet, LVT, tile, tape, bed, paint, interior signage, fire sprinkler heads, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, according to the plans and specifications prepared by Troy D. Rhodes & Co., Inc. Bids must be submitted by hard copy with supporting documentation to Lingo Construction's office using the Lingo Bid Form, along with all required affidavits. All bids totaling $50,000.00 or more must include bid security in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on the designated date to be publicly opened. Bids submitted by email, online, or facsimile will not be accepted. Bids and bid bonds are valid for 60 days from the bid due date. Lingo Construction and Putnam City Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in accordance with Title 61 of the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. The project will begin on May 27th and must be finished by July 31st at the latest to facilitate move-in and preparation for the Fall 2026 semester.
