Renovation of a water / sewer project in Warren, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000409599 The scope of the project includes but is not limited to the following major items of work: Removal and replacement of the primary pad mounted Building C switch. The construction will include all temporary power, sequencing and rerouting of power to ensure minimal plant downtime and an improved distribution system. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Warren and all other applicable standards. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The City also reserves the right to select multiple bids to fulfill the requirements of this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days.
