Description

Renovation of a swimming pool in Antioch, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

The work shall generally consist of resurfacing the Lap Pool and Boulder Pool at the Prewett Water Park including the removal and replacement of the following components: concrete coping, underwater pool lighting, handrails, inlet and outlet fittings, VGB-compliant drain covers, lane line hooks, and the pool plaster surface, adjusting existing facilities to grade, relocating and reinstalling existing facilities, water pollution control and all other work shown on the plans. All bidders must purchase a complete bid set from BPXpress Reprographics in order to be considered responsive and to receive addenda notifications. All Contractors and subcontractors listed on the bid proposal must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. No contract will be awarded to a Contractor or subcontractor unless registered with Department of Industrial Relations. Award of the contract, if it is to be awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies with all the requirements described.
