Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tenafly, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Sealed bids are required for the renovation of the Auditorium at the High School for the Tenafly Board of Education. All bidders must use and complete all bid forms and comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be marked in a sealed envelope with the project name, "BOE Auditorium Renovation at High School," and delivered to the Tenafly Board Office. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. Bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and provide a Certificate under the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. A New Jersey Business Registration Certificate for both the bidder and subcontractors is also required. Bidders must comply with the Law Against Discrimination and Affirmative Action requirements, and no bidder on the State Treasurer's or Federal Government's List of Debarred, Suspended or Disqualified Bidders is eligible to bid. All contractors and subcontractors must agree to be bound by the terms of any applicable Grant Agreement issued by the New Jersey Schools Development Authority.
