Scope of Work :- The City of North Lauderdale is seeking a qualified contractor to convert an existing office space into a single-stall ADA Compliant Public Restroom. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to construct a fully functional bathroom, including ADA-compliant grab-bars, plumbing, electrical work, lighting, outlets, toilet, urinal, sink, vanity, mirror, bathroom accessories, flooring, and painting. The awarded bidder will be governed by the City's terms, conditions, and agreement, and all work must be done in accordance with all design plans, specifications, and exhibits and/or attachments. This will be a turnkey project. The restrooms located at the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO) adjacent to the City of North Lauderdale's City Hall are outdated and lack accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
