Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, annual testing, repairs, maintenance, and fees to provide fire sprinkler system annual testing and repair. Small Business Bidders ONLY. The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) currently has a contracting opportunity for Fire Sprinkler System Annual Testing and Repair services with Sonoma Lake Napa Unit (LNU) located at multiple locations. Only California Certified Small Businesses are eligible to submit quotes on this request. The prime Certified Small Business bidder may not subcontract out any portion of the work. Any questions that are not addressed at the walk-through must be submitted to Christopher Cabanes by 05:00 p.m. January 22, 2026. No further questions will be entertained after that date. This contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $1,000.00. If the total bid amount is under $1,000.00, then Prevailing Wage language will be removed prior to award. Santa Rosa, CA 95401 Contractor shall possess a current, active C-16 Fire Protection Contractor's license issued by the Contractor State License Board (CSLB) and shall provide proof of such a license upon request at any time during the contract term. Payment Bond Requirement: If the total contract price exceeds $25,000.00, Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. The Payment Bond is due prior to the start date of work. No work may commence without receipt of a valid Payment Bond.
