The project consists of, but is not limited to: televising and light cleaning of sewers, heavy cleaning of sewers and wet wells, televising of sewer laterals and services, sewer root and protruding tap removal, cleanout installation, cured-in-place pipe lining, cured-in-place lateral reinstatements, sewer and manhole joint sealing, manhole rehabilitation, manhole lining, and the provision of supporting equipment and labor to complete the aforementioned sewer maintenance activities, all in accordance with the Contract Documents, with provisions for annual contract extensions. The work may also include working with communities within the District's service area, performing the same maintenance activities through an intergovernmental agreement (IGA). Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted in paper form, sealed and delivered to the stated address.
