Furnish and install six level 2 and two level 3 vehicle charging stations inclusive of all new electrical infrastructure as shown on project plans. Work includes furnishing and installing dry-type transformer, switchgear, control panel, concrete foundations, bollards, striping, conduits, and trenching as indicated on project plans. Coordination with PG&E will be required for project completion. Each bidder must submit a Contractor’s Special Statement of Experience on their letterhead with their bid. This must include documentation of successful completion as a prime contractor of a minimum of three and a maximum of five comparable Electrical Infrastructure projects, with a construction value at award of $729,000 or greater, completed in the past seven years, within the immediate nine Bay Area counties. Do not include projects currently under construction. For each project, include project name, address, owner's name, contract value at award, total Change Order value, completion date, Owner’s Representative email and current phone number, and a description of comparability. Also list all Electrical Infrastructure projects on all UC Campuses and National Labs (LBNL, LLNL) completed or currently working within the last five years, if any. Bidders are required to register, complete the registration form, and request access to the project through the specified online bidding system. Only bidders who participate in the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Tour in its entirety will be allowed to bid on the Project as prime contractors. The successful bidder must have a current and active California "B" - General Contractor license at the time of submission of the bid, comply with all nondiscrimination, prevailing wage, labor code, contractor registration, and enforcement requirements indicated, and pay all persons providing services no less than the UC Fair Wage.
