Sealed bids are invited for BBCHS Addition & Renovations Bid Release #1 at 700 W North Street, Bradley, IL 60915. The bid packages include: General Trades, Mechanical, and Electrical. Lump sum bids must be addressed to the Board of Education, Bradley-Bourbonnais CHSD #307, and submitted by the deadline. Each bid must include a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid from a surety approved by the owner and licensed in Illinois. Bid Bonds will not be returned. The following documents are part of this invitation: Notice to Bidders, Insurance Requirements, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Package Scope of Work, Bid Form, Sexual Harassment Statement, Drug Free Workplace Statement, Statement on Bid Rigging, and all Drawings and Specifications. The provided Bid Form must be used. No bids may be withdrawn for thirty days after opening without owner's consent.
