Site work for an educational facility in Scituate, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the procurement and installation of a second generator at Gates Middle School. Bidders who have not previously attended the site walk for this project must arrange for a mandatory site visit prior to submitting a bid. Bid deposit of 5% of the value of the bid and 100% payment bond and 100% performance bond are required for contract execution. DCAMM certification in the work category of Mechanical Systems and an Update Statement are required. Bids must remain firm for thirty days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. The Town of Scituate reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in part or in whole, as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Town. Prices quoted must be in effect from the date of award. The Town is an equal opportunity employer and supports Women and Minority owned Business Enterprises.
