The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Not limited to, the scope of work includes the complete interior repair of dwelling 1005 following a fire incident, including all finishes, replacement of interior doors, electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with plans and specifications. The accommodation is largely bare. The works will be carried out in a 4-storey building comprising 87 units for families, couples and single people. During the work, the accommodation will be vacant. Duration of the contract According to the current planning, it is planned that work will start as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum of ninety (90) working days from the date confirmed in the commitment letter for the start of the work.
